Note :
ADSL Customers are requested to timely recharge their adsl account at the nearest NT Sales Counters. One can recharge the account according to our monthly or quarterly price package. Except for the port charge, A 100 Rs. Monthly Port Charge will be included in the monthly PSTN Phone Bill.
Currently, NT will provide the packages only with the speed limit of 128 kbps and 256 kbps.
CPE(modem with splitter) is not included with ADSL subscription. Subscriber will have to arrange the CPE from the local market.
Important Notice
Forms shall be available in all telecom offices or can be downloaded from Nepal Telecom website. More information can be received from Regional Directorate/Telecom offices and Nepal Telecom website.

Important: Please try your first log-in to ADSL network from your own telephone number as port/user id is binded with your connected line.
After 1st login the users are requested to log on to Nepal Telecom homepage for changing passwords online.
In case of non-availability of service in the particular area/ Telephone Exchange, waiting list will be maintained.
If you have any problem with ADSL connectivity kindly contact on Phone: 5545875, 4246488 and if you have problem with the telephone line itself, please lodge your complain in 198 for maintenance.
Brochures with instructions for configuring Dialup Connection and Outlook Express shall be available in telecom offices and Nepal Telecom website.
For RJ45 Connectivity your LAN connection shall be in enabled status.
For creating connection thru USB, please follow the instruction from the CPE supplier.
Dialup Connection and Outlook Express, Customer is required to configure by themselves.
The charges shall be revised when Nepal Telecom revises tariff.
