  2. Establish other cross border Internet STM-1 links in Different places.

  3. Expansion of the the existing Customer Billing System through out the country by augmenting the database server, extending computer network and re-engineering database application.

  4. Establishment of Local Area Networks at most of the Nepal Telecom complexes and connection of the new network to the Internet.

  5. Expansion of the Customer Care system through out the country.

  6. Expansion of ADSL Broadband Internet Services in 75 District Headquarters - Sussessfully connected

  7. Completing the First Phase implementation of ERP - Implemented

  8. Begining the Second Phase test of ERP - Kicked off

  9. Establishing Regional IT Units in 6 Different Regions.
    • Biratnagar - Established
    • Birgunj - Established
    • Bhairahawa - Established
    • Pokhara - Established
    • Nepalgunj - Established
    • Dhangadi - In Process
  10. Establishing Network Operation Center(NOC) in Gwarko Complex. -Preliminary works have been done.
