Configure your E-mail & Internet Access with Nepal Telecom
Once you subscribe for an Internet/Email account from NEPAL TELECOM, you have to configure your own computer to access the service from your desktop. You should have known by now that the following things are required to access Internet using a computer:

Modem
Telephone Line
Software programs for email and internet.
Here, software programs refer to the computer program used for viewing Internet and also sending/receiving emails. For Internet viewing, program like the one you are currently using on your computer to view this page - for example Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator (these two are the most popular ones), Opera, Mozilla etc.
Similarly, there are many programs that are used for emails. The most popular ones are Microsoft Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, Microsoft Outlook and Eudora. Others include Bat, Opera Mail, Calypso Mail etc.
