From the main Eudora window, access Tools, and then select Options. (Fig. 1)

Select Getting Started from the list on the left of the Options window. (Fig. 2)

Enter any name you wish in Real Name.
Enter pop3.ntc.net.np for the Mail Server (incoming).
Enter your mail id ('yourmail' here) as the Login Name.
Enter 'smtp.ntc.net.np' for the SMTP Server (outgoing).
Select Checking Mail from the list on the left of the Options window. (Fig. 3)

Enter 'pop3.ntc.net.np' for the Mail Server.
Enter the your email id ('yourmail' here) as the Login Name.
Select Incoming Mail from the list on the left of the Options window. (Fig. 4)

Select POP from the Server configuration option.
Make sure Passwords is selected from the Authentication style options.
Select Sending Mail from the list on the left of the Options window. (Fig. 5)

Enter your email address in full (yourmail@ntc.net.np) for the Return Address, or alternatively leave blank, or enter another address if you would prefer replies to your emails to be sent to an alternative address.
