Services Provided by GSM Cellular Mobile:

  1. CLIP (Calling Line Identification Presentation):

    Mobile user can see the calling party's number with this service. NEPAL TELECOM is providing this facility free of cost to all the subscribers.

    For SMS, "+9779851028801" (old number: +977981028801) is to be saved as SMS Service Center Number. The maximum SMS size is of 160 characters.
    For Voicemail, the call is diverted to our voicemail server number (011450) in condition/s as desired (busy no answer/no reach/ unconditional). For call divert/ forward. 6/- per minute (15 sec pulse rate) is charged. To retrieve/listen to voicemail, dial to "011451" and enter password as "1234"

  3. Credit Limit Management:

     Credit limit of any customer will be the deposit amount which is normally Rs 10,000/-. There are three stages for fraud management:

    Stage 1: If the customer balance (billed +unbilled) amount = 75% of deposit amount. A SMS will be sent to that mobile subscriber.

    Stage 2:If the customer balance (billed + unbilled) amount = 90% of deposit amount. A SMS will be sent and outgoing call will be barred.

    Stage 3: If the customer balance (billed + unbilled) amount = 100% of deposit amount.Incoming call will also be barred.

For customer convenience,
credit limit amount can be increased by depositing the expected amount.
