SMS Alert and Query for ADSL Service:
Effective Date : 2067-10-07
- ADSL customers will receive SMS Alert from '1441' about the Expiry Date of ADSL Package. The SMS Alert will be sent to the mobile numbers registered in IBS System as provided by the customers. SMS Alert will be recieved as below schedule:
- 1st SMS --> 7 days before expiry date of ADSL package
- 2nd SMS --> 3 days before expiry date of ADSL package
- 1st SMS --> 7 days before expiry date of ADSL package
- For the renewal of any ADSL Package, customer will receive the successful renewal confirmation SMS Alert from '1441'.
- For the customers having made their Online Payment via Banks (Recharge), the customer will receive the successful payment SMS alert as well as succefull renewal confirmation alert from '1441'.
- To check the expiry date of ADSL Package, customers can also query sending SMS to 1400.
The SMS Format is : ADSL <space> <Phone Number with Area code>

If customers wish to recieve SMS alert for their ADSL service, they are required to provide their mobile numbers at Nepal Telecom internet service counters while subscribing ADSL Service or at the time of package renewal.Existing customers can also update the mobile number in their profile by logging in to our Web Self Care page.
