Dial 1607 - PUK Enquiry for GSM Mobile & CDMA Sky Phone via IVR
GSM (Post-Paid and Pre-Paid) Mobile and CDMA SKY Phone users can now get your PUK number via IVR service. If your PIN is blocked, you don’t have to visit our customer care and go thru’ the hassles of presenting authenticate documents to receive the PUK number anymore. Simply Dial 1607 using PSTN, GSM Mobile or CDMA, the IVR will guide you to receive your PUK once you dial your SIM/RUIM serial number.
Notes:
SIM Serial Number (19 digit) and RUIM Serial Number (20 digit) is printed at the back of your SIM.
Because the digits are printed in a smaller font, it will be better to note down the Serial Number carefully on a piece of paper and use it while you are dialing 1607.
When dialing 1607
@ Local Call Charges will be levied for PSTN and CDMA Fixed Phone
@ Air Time Charges will be levied for GSM Mobiles and CDMA Sky Phone.
In case of a loss or theft, immediately contact our customer care to block the SIM/RUIM. Otherwise, the one who holds the possession of your lost SIM/RUIM may access your PUK number.
