For the convenience of Nepal Telecom Internet Subscribers for the timely renewal of the corresponding services, NT IBS Online Bank Payment is launching with the mutual coordination of several reputed banks within the country. Check the list of banks for Online PSTN Bill Payment Only

- Online Bank Payment through bank is related to renewal of ADSL service only.
- New subscription and any other tasks relating to ADSL service will be entertained by NT office itself.
- Subscribers are requested to bring the previous receipt while making payments through banks.
- All subscribers are hereby requested to update their valid mobile number and email ids for their corresponding ADSL service from the nearest NT ADSL Counter.
- Most of the subscribers whose valid mobile numbers and email ids are available with us are sent SMS or email notifications regarding the launching of new service as well.
- NT ADSL subscribers with or without account in bank can make the online bank payment.
Online PSTN Phone Bill Payment Only
NT's customers are facilitated to pay their PSTN monthly bill Online thru’ Banks as per the listed below. As soon as the payment accepted in banks, like in NT collection counters, the payment information is transferred to the Nepal Telecom.

Majority of the Banks can take different modes of payments for collection, like
- By payments on NEPAL TELECOM customer orders through the Internet. (The customers shall log into the websites of the Banks and instruct for the payments. Such payments could be by direct credit transfer from customer account to NEPAL TELECOM account or through use of Credit Cards/Debit Cards.)
- By use of Cash Payments at the counters of the Bank.
- By use of ATM Cards
- Payments through SMS
- Standing Instruction
(Bank shall send bill request file, with telephone numbers to Nepal Telecom, in answer they will get a response file which contents bill amount and outstanding amount of the requested valid telephone numbers.)
The Customer can treat Bank counters as NT Collection Counters. The Customer need not have to be an account holder in banks, similar indifferent to customer of any bank account holder.
Payment via Bank has added on facility to the customers, ie during the payment Customer can give his/her mobile number, once payment reaches Nepal Telecom, a sms notification shall be sent to the given mobile number, of the successful payment.
