When Nepal Telecom Mobile customer roams in foreign
operator’s network, the charging depends upon that operator’s tariff rate.
Tariff rate of each foreign operator may differ from one another. Nepal
Telecom Mobile adds 15% markup charge and government tax on that tariff
rate. If the call type is mobile terminating then Nepal Telecom Mobile
adds extra distance charge (charge from Nepal to visited country) in that
tariff rate. Details of the tariff listing are shown below:

one another, we have assumed variables x, y and z for simplification.
